Dimensional Weight and Rates

Shipping rate is determined according to the actual weight or the dimensional weight, whichever is greater.

Minimum shipping weight is 1 LB for Asia and 0.5 LB for Europe and LATAM. Maximum weight per package is up to 60 LB.

For any weight discrepancy, the final billing will be calculated based on the actual item weight, destination and quantity provided by the measurement of GPS. Assume DDP for all rate calculation.

Volumetric divisor: L x W x H (inch)/139 = chargeable weight In LB (Country specific dim factor will prevail this). Package weights will be rounded to the next weight tier. (For package dimension limit, please refer to the tab of the country specific requirement)

All Rates doesn’t include any duty & tax incurred at destination customs. Rates entails origin warehouse process, airport transfer, customs clearance, last mile delivery. System integration is subjected to a fee of 2000 USD. Wavier will be applied and contact your Sales.

GPS reserves the right to review the rates herein in the event there is huge fluctuations in the market against the US dollar or fuel. GPS reserves the right to review the exchange rates if fluctuates more than 3% from the existing benchmark on the label creation date.

Payments

You will always be primarily responsible for all delivery costs including taxes and duties, as well as any costs we may incur in returning a shipment to you or otherwise holding or disposing of such shipment if delivery cannot be effected.

Oil price which occurs big influence on the handling cost after the effective date. Additional charges will be applicable if shipments are not adhered to the requirements and standards of GPS. Any incurred penalty will be charged back to consumers.

Limited Liabilities

GPS’s liability (if any) for loss of or damage to the goods is limited to the lower of: (a) 50USD per outermost package based on the landed cost of the goods; (b) 10USD per kg based on the landed cost of the goods.

We shall cease to be liable for any loss or damage when we transfer, deliver or part with the goods to an international carrier, an airline, a last mile delivery service, a postal service, or any other carrier or any third party.

All items may be subject to customs inspection which may require additional days. Customs clearance at the weekend is not guaranteed. Estimated delivery apply to major cities/metro area. Please allow additional time for delivery beyond major cities/metro area. Package inspection or repackaging at GPS will be scoped accordingly.

Return solution is only available for U-return (Undeliverable return). For C-return (Customer return), it could be provided upon request and scoped accordingly.

Broker Services Only

We serve only as brokers for the delivery of your shipment. GPS reserves the right at any time to amend, modify or discontinue the services, tariffs and applicable terms and conditions with 30-day notice.

Estimated delivery may not reflect actual delivery experienced. The indicative transit times are not binding and do not form part of the contract. Shipper agrees to all routing and diversion.

Customer is required to provide necessary documents to facilitate custom clearance process, e.g. MSDS, etc.

Shipping Invoice will be issued on weekly basis with net 14 days term. Invoice of Duty & Tax will be issued on weekly basis with net 7 days term. All other operation process will be discussed separately.
